All appointments must be reserved through our website, phone, or at a Sknbar branch.
A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary consultation forms.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in a ₺500 cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
A “no-show” is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No-shows are non-refundable and will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
Membership or package holders who miss a booked session without notice will have one session automatically deducted.
Our therapists and specialists are licensed professionals who perform all services using industry-standard hygiene and care practices. However, as every individual’s skin and body respond differently, results may vary. Sknbar will not be held liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Memberships and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
Promotional offers and vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.
Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.
We maintain a serene, respectful environment for all guests. Inappropriate behavior towards staff or other clients will result in immediate service termination without refund.
